Strengths: Simple to set up and use, just like any "non" aero bottle, doesn't leak like some bottles out there (I'm looking at you profile design)Weaknesses: Large size can cause problems when trying to mount more than one, cost (do I really need the cage to be carbon?)Bottom Line: Developed for Chris Lieto & the Ironman triathlon, the speed bottle generally works very well. They attach to your frame like any normal bottle, and carry as much liquid in a much more aero package. However, it's highly focused development has caused some problems - smaller (I ride a medium sized trek TTX and still have this problem) frames will only be able to carry one (if two are mounted, they'll hit one another), as will any of the many tri specific frames which only have one cage mount. Overall, great if you only need one bottle, use it in tandem with an aero-bar mounted bottle, or have a large frame that has enough room to accommodate both.
