Strengths: good volume, extra little storage pouch for holding keys, cell phone, etc.Weaknesses: no strap that goes around the waist, so the pack sometimes moves too far up my backBottom Line: does exactly what it is supposed to. keeps the water cold, although after 3.5 hours or so it does start to get a bit warmer. another thing is that the first big of each sip isn't so cool because the plastic water-delivering tube isn't insulated. overall, a very good thing to have on long rides.
