    Strengths:    Not as hot as backpack style packs.

    Weaknesses:    Doesn't hold a lot of volume. Needs to be refilled fairly often.

    Bottom Line:   
    I really like this style as opposed to my regular backpack style hydration pack. It is not nearly as hot as the backpack. I seemed pretty secure on the mountain bike ride we were on, not slipping or swaying.
