Strengths: Light, cheap, secure, won't scratch water bottles, don't need adjusting to stay tight.Weaknesses: Takes some getting used to because it's a tight squeeze to get bottles in there.Bottom Line: I got these cages because one of my alloy cages broke and I wanted something that wouldn't scratch the logos off my water bottles. This cage is light, secure, and it doesn't scratch the logos off. It's also really cheap. I have yet to race with these but I'm looking forward to not dropping bottles and these are lighter than what I had.

Strengths: looks, weight, and no more bent cagesWeaknesses: very tight to get bottle in or out, could just be my large bottleBottom Line: very nice cage first one that i do not have to bend back just about every ride.
Now that i have a camelback i just use a bottle for short trips.
