Strengths: It is cheapWeaknesses: It is cheap. Or rather cheaply built. The indicators are made of some sort of plastic and are loose. The ratcheting mechanism for them is weak. If the rim bumps the indicator it knocks it back, so it is kind of hard to use the indicator to check dish.Bottom Line: I've been building wheels as a professional mechanic since 1989. I figured I didn't want to shell out the cash to have a Park TS2 in the house so I got one of these things. The old saying rings true with this thing though, you get what you pay for. If all you need to do is spot true wheels noe and then, it will work. For new wheel builds, make sure you have a good dishing tool on hand.
