Summary:
I recieved this stand as a gift last December and fell in love with it immediately. I work in a shop and get to use the big Park Tool stands and while this stand may not be as stable as those permanent stands, it is a great travel/home stand. It is pretty stable and easily clamps onto fame and seat tubes. I have found it to be very easy to adjust the pitch of the bike, even easier than the stand in the shops where I have worked.

A note about stability: Stability is a major reason why we use a repair stand to work on bikes, and this stand has it, sort of. If you are working on a largish bike, and you take out the front wheel, the weight of the rear wheel and drive train desablizes the stand. It will still stand up, but bumping into it is not one of your better ideas... Also, replacing pedals can be exciting, I recoment standing on one of the "feet" of the stand when cranking with the pedal wrench.

Because I recieved this stand as a gift, I will give it a 5 for value, take that for what it is worth...

Strengths:
weight: very light
clamp: easier to adjust than the one's in the shop.
setup: a breeze, super-fast

Weaknesses:
I would like a slightly wider stance of the base(see above). Also, I am pretty tall, and I feel I would benefit from being able to extend the spine of the stand further so that I could reach the rear-derailleur without bending over.
