Bottom Line:   
Sixty Eight Pounds of Metal, drilled specifically for the offset holes of the Park PRS-3 stand.

Oooh. Tingles.

Seems like it's priced at $168 or so online. But hey, buy once, cry once. Bolting the PRS-3 stand to a wood floor or jerry-rigging a stand seems like a hassle.
