I have a pair of BB7 roads on my commuter and BB7 Road S on my CX bike and both performed well for me. They can be loud in the rain of course, and occasionally there is the tinging sound with the rotor... but adjustments are not too bad. The stopping power you get in return is far superior to any road rim brake I have used - especially in the rain. For the price, they certainly get the job done and are a better alternative to hydros until the price comes down at least.
