Strengths:    Strong, modulate well, required relatively light squeeze on the levers, look good...

Weaknesses:    Weight, maybe (not significantly heavy). I'd probably replace the pads with Kool Stop salmons eventually...

Bottom Line:
I only used them for three months before I sold the Jamis. They worked great! I can't vouch for longevity, but I was very impressed with their power, the ease of modulation, and ther nice looks.

Strengths:    they seem to stop the bike ok, I'm 104kg (~220lb) and my daily ride has a lot of hills, so far they've worked well, wet and dry. Plenty of clearance for my 25mm tyres.

Weaknesses:    Nothing really to compare them to, is it worth goign up to 105's?

Bottom Line:
WIthout comparing them to anything else much except a clunky old set of centrepulls on my old hybrid, they're good. I'm rating them a 4 simply because they work, don't squeal, and I've got nothing to compare them to yet, and I'm heavy, so they get a lot of work.
