Price Paid:  $40.00 at Local Shop

Favorite Ride:
Road

Bike Setup:
94 Bridgestone RB-1. Mix of old and new.

Summary:
Very comfortable, good quality and nice shape for larger hands. Older bike setup with bar end shifters.

I've read these are re-badged Tektro's but I haven't seen a Tektro model that is similar or works as smooth.

Strengths:
Good solid feel, mush like a ultegra. Smooth action and a retention pin that allows for cable release.

Weaknesses:
Non yet

Similar Products Used:
Ultegra, Dura-Ace, Tektro

Price Paid:  $38.00 at Rivendell

Favorite Ride:
K-96 bike path, east Wichita, KS

Bike Setup:
An old bike with some newer tweaks: Schwinn Peloton 853 frame with aluminum fork, Campy Centaur 10-speed drivetrain, 32-spoke Mavic rims, Brooks leather saddle, Look pedals, TTT bar & stem

Summary:
For those looking for a brake-only (shifters located elsewhere) lever, these aero units stop my Campy sidepulls well, have good return action, and -- most notably -- feel absolutely wonderful in an adult-sized hand, with their chunky bodies. Grab with confidence and comfort!

Strengths:
Easy aero-feed for cables, wide hand-width for weight-bearing, grippy covers, wiggly outside contour on outside edges of levers to fit fingers.

Weaknesses:
Only black covers were available from my sources -- I like gum-colored ones.

Similar Products Used:
Campy Centaur ergo's, old-fashioned brake levers from Rivendell
