Price Paid:  $50.00 at Nashbar

Favorite Ride:
any where I don't crash

Bike Setup:
Torelli w/Centaur

Summary:
I have used these for better than 3 years. I use these with the presciption insert. After plenty of miles and several drops they still work fine. Fit is good and there is a small amount of tension that keeps them in place. Lenses (I only use the TNS) seem to resist scratches well

Strengths:
Durable. Reasonably priced - can be found online for ~$50

Weaknesses:
perhaps not as stylish as some other models

Similar Products Used:
Rudy Project, Briko Stinger (both with prescription inserts)

Price Paid:  $0.00 at E-bay

Bike Setup:
Co-Motion tandem, Anvil Chisel custom road, Colnago Dream+, Seven steel Axiom

Summary:
These are terrific glasses at a fantastic price. There is one thing however that I can't understand. Why aren't polarized lenses available for these frames and why-oh-why don't more manufacturers routinely make glasses with polarized lenses?????

These glasses are great otherwise but if polarized lenses were available I'd snap them up in a second. These glasses provide great coverage, the lenses are easy to change and the lens quality is good. I bought the version that came with four sets of lenses but I've seen these on sale with two sets for as little as $32. A real bargain!

Strengths:
Good coverage and protection especially if you wear contact lenses. Easy to change lenses, good optical quality. Inexpensive.

Weaknesses:
No polarized lenses available, otherwise these would get two sets of five "stars".

Similar Products Used:
Smith Sliders, Rudy Project Kerosenes(lenses did not provide enough wind protection which is a problem since I wear contacts)

Price Paid:  $30.00 at Supergo

Bike Setup:
Basso Coral w/Campy Veloce, FSA OrbitX headset, Net97 rims, Schwalbe Blizzard sport tires and a San Marco Ozono race gel saddle.

Summary:
Very comfortable, and stylish to boot. I use the vigilante model. Better ventilation than the Performance radials I had been using leads to less lense fogging.

Strengths:
Good fit and protection. Comfort.

Weaknesses:
Retail is expensive- I got mine on clearance.

Similar Products Used:
Performance radial & radial II
