Strengths: Deffinately not for the gel crowd, but provide the perfect blend of dampening and feel, while keeping your hand cool. Durable, great elastic cuff, and stylish.Weaknesses: Like I said minimalist padding could be viewed as a weakness, personally I love it. Only other thing is I opted for white, which show dirt quickly, but I have not yet tried to clean them. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay forBottom Line: Assos Summer Glove: I love it! Perfect amount of ventilation, and just enough padding to take the sting out of bumps and cracks.

Strengths: cool in summerWeaknesses: noneBottom Line: These gloves are the best. Just a bit of padding that lets you feel the bike. Not a bunch of gel to get in the way. No velcro to snag you other clothes on in the washer

Strengths: Fabrics and materialsWeaknesses: Poor padding, too expensive, no velcro closure, bad location of kevlar insert...Bottom Line: This is a review for the Prosline gloves. Didn't like them, the fact that they don't have the usual velcro strap at the front of the hand makes them a nightmare when trying to take them off. I aslo like paddy gloves and if you think they have plenty of it, look anywhere else. The only good things about them is the materials, nice colors, great ventilation mesh at the back, nice kevlar insert but bad location I think. Those little bands to pull them off are also handy but don't work very well if you don't have the velcro closure (again). I end all my rides with sore hands after using these gloves.
