Strengths: Warm, fit the hand nicely. Preformed for cyclists. Velcro to keep your wrists toasty and keep warmth in. Nice, um, nose wiping fabric on base of thumb.Weaknesses: Not waterproof.Bottom Line: Love these gloves. Used them for my 12 mile commute in Chicago all winter long. Two winters ago, it was super cold, and the coldest temperature I rode in was 0 degrees F without the wind chill! I used UnderArmour liner gloves under my Craft Siberians when it got down to those temps but these gloves still performed admirably. I'm a gal who likes to be snug and doesn't tolerate cold hands or feet very well.
What I really like about these gloves is that they're "preformed" so they already curve like you're gripping bars - meaning the fabric on the front of the glove doesn't stretch (and lose warmth) when you grip your bars.
The one drawback of these gloves is that they're not waterproof. Great for cold air but not so good in cold wet weather.

Strengths: Very well made.Weaknesses: Performance vs cost.
"Gauntlet" portion could be longer, to give added wrist coverage in the cold.Bottom Line: As with all Craft products, these are exceptionally well made.
Price was less than posted, since WCP is always giving discounts.
I found them most comfortable in temperatures from 50 to 60 degrees. Disappointingly, for colder temps, I have to resort to my Specialized Radiant glove- surprising, since Craft says this Siberian glove is their "warmest glove to date". (And the Radiant isn't even the warmest glove from Specialized!!)
Maybe I should have ordered one size larger, as this fits more snug than optimum for warmth.
Also, the glove is a bit on the short side, considering that it's made for cold weather.
