Strengths:    Durable, right amount of pad.

Weaknesses:    Strap is backwards.

Bottom Line:   
Nice glove, good fit , durable, enough oad but not too much. Padding has not shifted or worn in over a year of use. only down side is strap goes from outside to inside. I accidentally scratched my nose last winter due to this.
