Strengths:    Nice features and materials.

Weaknesses:    As someone who wears XXL gloves, these are a pretty big disappointment. The fingers are at LEAST 1cm too short, and the pinkie finger is closer to 3cm too short (the base of the finger hits right at my first knuckle).

They come closer to fitting my 5'2" wife correctly than me.

Bottom Line:
These gloves have some nice features, like the zippered vent at the knuckle. The gauntlet seems about twice as long and big around as it needs to be though.

Overall they're not outstanding, but would have been acceptable if they fit.

Strengths:    Zippered vents on the back of the hands; removable liners, tough construction; drawstrings; not too expensive

Weaknesses:    I got these gloves for New England winter riding, because I saw them mentioned on the Icebike site. My extremities tend to get cold easily. But even so, I was disappointed by how cold my hands got in these gloves. Anything below about 30F/-1C was pretty uncomfortably cold, even when I was just walking around. Eventually I stopped using them in the winter and now use them only for cool- (NOT cold-) weather riding. I might consider them for winter use if I also had some of those chemical heaters to put inside the gloves.
As gloves, they're well-made and comfortable, so I give them an overall rating of 4. As cold-weather gloves, however, they're not such a good value, so I give them a 3.

Bottom Line:
Good all-around cycling gloves, with several nice touches. They're not quite as much protection from the cold as I thought they would be, though.
