Weaknesses:    Weak construction, light padding

Bottom Line:
On the second ride that I used these gloves, the left glove ripped and the right glove gave me a blister on my thumb.

Strengths:    Looks nice/"spacy", comfy if you don't really use the cushion

Weaknesses:    A pain when you actually need the padding

Bottom Line:
They look nice, and are comfy if you just lay on the aero bar, but after 10 miles on a pothole-street in the mountains your hands will be in pain. The reason is that the space-age memory-foam is (designed to be) heat sensitive and compresses, so if you work hard and hence get hot and also grab the bar tightly, it compresses to nothing.

Strengths:    Padding, ventilation, looks (if you like black), hug your hands without being too tight.

Weaknesses:    A little hard to remove, only one color.

Bottom Line:
I bought these to replace a pair of cheap Trek's that dissentegrated. They are the men's model which are not listed for review here. The fit is great. No bunching with minimal padding in just the right places. I've done 200 miles on them with one 50 mile ride and absolutely no numbness. The fabric is very hi-tech looking and ventilates really well. The color selection was pretty limited at least at the LBS (black). The only downside I've found is that they are rather tedious to remove. The fabric is very stretchy and you have to work a little to get them off. They do stay in place on your hands though.
