Tired of helmets with an almost-but-not-quite fit? Try the Kask K.10 Dieci Helmet. If your head isn't on either extremes of the sizing spectrum, Kask's clever Up-N-Down adjustment system lets you dial in the perfect fit around your skull, and down the back of your neck. The low-profile shell has 19 generous vents which silently channel air over your head and out the back, which keeps you looking pro, and your head as cool as your efforts will allow.Sizing runs: 53 - 61cm, 21 - 24in, or 6-5/8 - 7-5/8 for your hat sizeChin strap is made from non-allergic synthetic leather which doesn't hold sweat, and washes easilyIncludes its own carry bag for race-day transportation100% made in Italy
Strengths: + Light
+ Comfortable, nicely made soft straps that don't scratch face/ears like Giro's
+ Great airflow
+ Not too nerdy looking (like the Specialized Prevails or other big clunker lids)
+ Sky team's lid can't be all that bad, they only use top of the line gear
Weaknesses: - Great airflow makes for lots of wind noise
- Rear adjustment a bit clunky, gets caught a lot and needs 2 hands to correct (it gets pushed inside helmet when putting on and you have to pull it out and re-adjust - no big deal tho.
Great lid. This is my go to helmet closely followed by Lazer Genesis which is also comfy. I guess it's all about what fits and all individual.
