Speed-of-light wind protection for hammering the tarmac or commuting to the coal face. The Vespa is an ultra-lightweight, hi-visibility vest that scrunches down to nothing. Its mesh back lets the hard work escape, and aspirant Houdinis can wriggle in and out of it while cruising at the back of the bunch.

Strengths: Style, workmanship, light weight and compact.
Weaknesses: None
Bottom Line:
This is a really light vest. A nice bright yellow for visability. It's not insulated, but it does deflect the wind. The mesh back allows for moisture to vent. It's nicely constructed and pretty good looking. It does "scrunch" down to the size of two fists. A good value.
