Strength:

very lightweight and packable
blocks wind

Weakness:

flaps loudly
no vents

I bought this because I really liked how small this thing can pack down to stow. The material on this jacket is incredibly thin. However, it does block the wind. I have not tried it any any wet conditions but I assume if can repel light rain. The main downside with this jacket is that the thin material easily flaps in the wind. I don't think the jacket is too big, its just that any loose material starts flapping. The other downside is that there are no vents on the jacket. Pearl claims this material breathes but I would rather just have a vent. I think the main use for the jacket is for changing conditions where you may need a jacket for a portion of the ride and when you don't it packs away small. This is not the jacket I’d want to use for an all day ride
