Strengths: great windblocker. a bit heavy, good for chilly or winter rides. durableWeaknesses: neck is a little tight fullly zipped. a little heavy for merely cool conditionsBottom Line: I recently purchased a Lampre Daikin SMS team kit that included a version of the windstopper jacket. I've had it out on rides a few times now and am very pleased. Winds have been 15mph lately and this has kept it all out. The jacket employs Gore Windstopper techology. If anything, I was a bit warm in the wind and 50f temp, I leave the top few inches unzipped to allow some air exchange. I've even fallen in it (chain dumped on a climb) and landed on my shoulder. Aside from some dirt, the jacket was unharmed.
