Strengths:    Perfect for light showers or wind as is wind and rain resistant (not waterproof)

Weaknesses:    Not fully breathable and the lenght would not suit everybody (I have XL being 6ft 2" and the back comes up a little high).

Bottom Line:   
I purchased this jacket for a daily commute when the rain is not too heavy. It is perfect for light showers or for when the temp drops a little. The sleeves are removable and the material is breathable.
