at Nashbar Favorite Ride: Aboite Summary: These were the replacements for my 10 year old Shimano Road shoes (that I still use on my exercise bike...amazing).
I bought them because I liked the color, and they were dirt cheap. (and still are, see Bike Nashbar.com). Strengths: Snug fit. Laces on the inside and velcro on the outside. Very firm sole transmits power well. Weaknesses: Take a little time to break in. The top strap is sort of bulky and tends to rub against the crank arm if you have a low q factor, or protate outward (like I do). Similar Products Used: Shimano road shoes.
