Strengths: Snug fit. Laces on the inside and velcro on the outside. Very firm sole transmits power well.
Weaknesses: Take a little time to break in. The top strap is sort of bulky and tends to rub against the crank arm if you have a low q factor, or protate outward (like I do).
Bottom Line:
These were the replacements for my 10 year old Shimano Road shoes (that I still use on my exercise bike...amazing).
