Strengths:    Comfortable, good for wide-footed individuals, good rigidity.

Weaknesses:    More suited for longer rides than racing, but adequate in both areas.

Bottom Line:
Fit like a glove right out of the box. Took them for 100 miles after a few short break-in rides and they were more comfortable than my well-worn Carnacs I'd been riding in for 4 years. The four velcro fasteners lock the foot in place nicely while allowing good breathability (almost too much in cold weather). A little on the heavy side for the weight-conscious rider, but at 210 lbs, I have bigger problems. Overall, the shoe is stiff, and transfers power well.
