they're warm

none apparent

took a few years, but this is finally the cure for my frozen feet. 30F with nothing but socks and I'm not cold. 20F with battery toe warmers and I'm fine. The ratchet closure system works fine. Haven't had any trouble with water.

Very comfortable, roomy toe area for toe warmers :),waterproof when kept waxed

I ride all winter in CT (goal 100miles a week)I used to always have frozen toes. I bought these 1 size big. I wear one pair thin wool socks, toe warmers, and wooleators along with the boots. Even at 20 degrees toes are very happy now.

warmth, boa lacing system, can use both SPD and look cleats

Weakness:

not really very stiff (non carbon sole)

always get cold feet during late fall winter early soring riding. Extra heavy construction. 1st shoe I have seen that includes thinsulate material. goofy looking for sure but I ordered larger size fir extra socks. work great
