Very light shoe. Use the mountain bike version for Spinning classes (spd cleats). Open toe box makes them very comfortable to wear. Will buy another pair for commuting (Time ATAC) and for my road bike as well (going to try the new Mavic pedals this season). Strengths:
I would rate this shoe a 5 but I haven't used them long enough for that.
