Bike Setup:

Ulterga pedals

Summary:
Recently started road riding after taking up mountain bike racing. I wanted a very stiff, road specific shoe that wasn't crazy expensive, and these fit the bill. I'm not sure yet on durability, but they seem well made.

Strengths:
Very stiff and light. Velcro and buckle closure is very secure and convenient. Fits virtually all cleats. Comfortable, yet good performance.

Weaknesses:
Haven't found any so far.

Summary:
Great shoes. Very durable, stiff and comfortable. The buckle is great for getting an accurate, snug fit. Why would you spend more on shoes? These shoes are on par with carbon soled shoes from Adidas, and Shimano.

Strengths:
Durability, stiff sole, comfortable.

Weaknesses:
None

Favorite Ride:

Summary:
I returned to road riding several months back and these shoes are far and away the best value purchase I have made. They are light and stiff and very inexpensive. They feel comfortable on my feet. I like the ratched closure system.

Strengths:
Their main strengths are carbon sole, weight, closure system. They have a wide array of attachment points for cleats and I believe they will fit most on the market.

Weaknesses:
The sizing chart listed at price point seems to be right on. I wear a 9 street shoe and the 42 fits fine. My son wears a 10 and the 43 works well for him. I have a wide toe box and a narrow heel.

Similar Products Used:
Nike-6 years old, I don't remember the style and a 23 year old pair of Diadoras.
