Strengths:    Comfortable, long lasting and they do the job.

Weaknesses:    Make sure you get one size bigger than you think.

Bottom Line:   
These were (and are) my 1st SPD shoes. They have lasted for more than 5 yrs of around 5,000 miles a year mileage and are still comfortable.
