The Campagnolo Sportswear Racing Bib Short shares the same qualities as the legendary Campagnolo gruppostyle, function, and the performance you expect from Campy. The Racing Bib Short is designed using Atlanta fabric to promote correct muscle compression so your legs don't feel like jelly for the final sprint. The stretch mesh inserts on back of the Racing Bib's straps optimize ventilation and prevent overheating during those grueling canyon ascents.
Good deal if you get them on sale
Weaknesses: Durability doesn't seem to be as good as others for the same money.
Sizes run large. If you are borderline between 2 sizes, go smaller.
Very pricey if not on sale.
They are a very nice bib but for the same money or less, you can buy a better bib. The chamois, fabric and construction are excellent but the durability isn't as good as my De Marchi Contour Plus bib. I bought 2 of these and they have been in rotation with several other bibs for a year. The De Marchi has been in use for 2-2 1/2 years. There is noticeable wear on the stitching around the chamois and the graphics have age cracks in them. The leg holes also run on the large side. I am borderline between a medium and large according to their sizing chart. I had bought cheaper Campy bibs before and they seem true to size or slightly small. I went with large just in case they ran small. Well, it was the wrong direction. While the fit and support is good, it could be better. They do have 2 pockets on the back if somebody considers that important.
