Product Description

Descente Optima Carbon tri shorts. Great fitting shorts, comfortable, smaller chamois to allow for quicker drying when you get on the bike. Easy to run in, flat seams keeps everything low-profile. Draw string waist keeps things from being too tight.

These come in men's, women's, and bibs.

Strengths:    Quick drying, easy to loosen/tighten waist, comfortable, CARBON!!!

Weaknesses:    Need to hand-wash these, the fabric will get those little fuzz-balls on it if you don't hand wash them in the sink, cold water only, and the hole the waist band comes out of is kinda cheap looking. Don't just pull the string to tighten, you need to be gentle so as to not rip the hole even larger (at $75, you don't want to rip a huge hole in them!!!).

Bottom Line:
Great Product, has plenty of stretchy-ness. feels comfortable, and the draw-string waistband (I have always used shorts with elastic waists) makes it easy to loosen or tighten the shorts on on the go. The chamois isn't too thin or small to do it's job. I ride with these shorts daily, never get any sores or anything!! Plan on buying more from Descente soon!!
