Strengths:    Compressive, durable, comfortable pad but maybe not for the 100f temp days. Gel pad.

Weaknesses:    Their are better HOT weather bibs, due to the gel pad.

Bottom Line:
It is a great all around bib. I does not try to shrink me down a size when off the bike. The straps are not too tight. Durable so far.
I also really like the Original Europcar bibs they make for the LG sponsored team.
The Original not replica are a great warm or hot weather bibs with a very breathable and comfy pad along with the Coldblack technology and also compressive. The Original Europcar bibs are made in the USA not China!
The Sugoi RS and RSE are also a top notch bib and different pad that is much firmer in the ishial tuberosity area.
