Price Paid:  $99.00 at Lunenburg Bicycle Ba

Favorite Ride:
The one I'm on

Bike Setup:
Cervelo RS w/Koobi PRS enduro saddle, Bianchi Virata w/Fizik Arione. Trek hybrid 7500 w/Terry Liberator

Summary:
Like every other review, these are the best shorts I've ever used. Since trying my first pair, they are the ONLY shorts I buy, and I buy 1 per season. My wife uses them too, and agrees with me.

Strengths:
The chamois, the fit (10 panel construction), did I say the chamois?

Weaknesses:
none that would not be solved by buying the bibs.

Similar Products Used:
Pearl Izumi Slice & Attack

Price Paid:  $100.00 at al'salsports.com

Bike Setup:
Giant TCR C1, full ultegra, Neuvation wheels.

Summary:
This review is for the RS shorts: I've tried canari, pearl izumi, performance and a couple of other brands. These shorts are great. I thought I would NEVER spend 100 bucks on a pair of shorts but after trying one pair, I bought 2 more. The fit is great, tight fitting but comfortable, plenty of muscle support. The chamois is the best I've tried, does not trap moisture, does not chaff skin, provides plenty of cushioning, especially on long rides (40 mile plus). Before these, I was using Pearl Izumi Slice ultrasensors but they have gone up in price to $100; the Sugois were on sale for $103 so I bought 1 pair and loved them. There is no comparison.

Strengths:
Nice fabric, great fit, great chamois

Weaknesses:
None yet... Maybe it would be nice to have a string waist adjustment

Similar Products Used:
canari gel, pearl izumi slice ultrasensor, giordana

Price Paid:  $88.00 at ajssportinggoods.com

Bike Setup:
2007 Roubaix Elite

Summary:
This short is amazing. This is only my second short (haven't tried bibs yet) and for less than 2x the price I paid for my first Pearl Izumi shorts, they are 10x better. I purchased these because my cheaper pair gave me the 'diaper' look and I figured that I should see what the difference is between a good short and an average one.

The RS short features a 10-panel design, which fits like a glove and keeps you looking normal (or as normal as one looks wearing a cycle short). Super comfortable and the grips on the thigh keep the short from going anywhere. Highly recommend. Also, although originally $125 and up, I got this short at ajssportinggoods.com for only $87.50

Strengths:
Super comfortable. Soft, flexible material, nice on the skin. Ergonomically superior with 10-panel design.

Weaknesses:
None yet.

Price Paid:  $90.00 at D&D Cycles

Favorite Ride:
Giant OCR2

Summary:
These shorts were purchased because I was using a "low-end" pair of short with all kinds of problems. A friend recommended these to me and based on his experience (in cycling for many years) I purchased these short. These shorts have been the best purchase that I have made!!! I highly recommend them. The comfort is just amazing!!!!!

Strengths:
Formula FX chamios, comfort of material

Weaknesses:
none

Price Paid:  $80.00 at Campmor

Favorite Ride:
Pierce Stocking

Bike Setup:
n/a

Summary:
The Sugoi RS Flex bib shorts are the most comfortable shorts/bibs I've ever worn. Half price at Campmor by the way. Great pad, great leg grippers, and just the right thickness of moisture wicking material.

Strengths:
Comfortable pad, thick enough for the long days in the saddle, but not too thick that it feels like a diaper.

Weaknesses:
none

Pearl, Giordana, Performance
