Strengths:    Well constructed
Glove-like fit
Innovative fabric
Thick padding in the places you need it

Weaknesses:    Could be a bit shorter for my build
Leg gripper design overkill

Bottom Line:
I've been a PI guy for 20 years but decided it was time to test the market as my current shorts are 8 years old. Based on LBS recommendations and internet reviews, decided to try the Suggoi RS short (not being a bib fan). Out of the box, the fit was like a glove and the chamoix, while much bulkier in the pressure points than my old shorts did conform to my shape well. The materials and construction felt first-rate. I like the textured look of the fabric and it is very silky feeling. Whether it provides the aero benefits it claims is up to others to measure.

On the road, the shorts mostly disappeared under me but here are a few observations for those considering these shorts:
1) The thicker padding took some getting used to. As an aging rider, I need a bit more padding on today's saddles (I ride a Specialized Romin) so they were significantly more comfortable at the end of the ride. However, I did need to adjust my saddle tilt to compensate for the thicker pad in back (and probably should have the height adjusted as well).
2) These shorts have a 9" inseam so they are a bit longer than the old PI's. Having a relatively short femur, the shorts rode closer to my knees than I like. Fortunately, they can be "rolled up" along the cuff if need be.
3) The leg grippers at the cuff are full gel-like. I've never had a problem with a properly fitted short riding up so the grippers seam like overkill. Plus when you take of the short, you have a sweat ring around your legs since the stuff doesn't breath. I would definitely change this feature (and many other makers appear to be moving away from this design.) Again, rolling up the cuff allow actual fabric to contact the skin.

Overall, this is a great short, but not perfect. However I plan on buying more.

Strengths:    10 panel = great fit & muscle support
RS Chamois - Suuuuuper comfy
Leg grippers - they really work

Weaknesses:    Some might say 'price' but for the quality that you're getting of a 'Made in Canada Eh' short... the price is actually far more reasonable considering how much Rapha and Assos charge.

Bottom Line:
I have two of these from different RS chamois generations and they just keep getting better and better.

These are the best fitting and most comfortable shorts I've ever had. My Castelli and De Marchi shorts are now only used in winter on the trainer since I refuse to use anything but my Sugoi's RS!

Strengths:    The chamois, the fit (10 panel construction), did I say the chamois?

Weaknesses:    none that would not be solved by buying the bibs.

Bottom Line:
Like every other review, these are the best shorts I've ever used. Since trying my first pair, they are the ONLY shorts I buy, and I buy 1 per season. My wife uses them too, and agrees with me.

Strengths:    Nice fabric, great fit, great chamois

Weaknesses:    None yet... Maybe it would be nice to have a string waist adjustment

Bottom Line:
This review is for the RS shorts: I've tried canari, pearl izumi, performance and a couple of other brands. These shorts are great. I thought I would NEVER spend 100 bucks on a pair of shorts but after trying one pair, I bought 2 more. The fit is great, tight fitting but comfortable, plenty of muscle support. The chamois is the best I've tried, does not trap moisture, does not chaff skin, provides plenty of cushioning, especially on long rides (40 mile plus). Before these, I was using Pearl Izumi Slice ultrasensors but they have gone up in price to $100; the Sugois were on sale for $103 so I bought 1 pair and loved them. There is no comparison.

Strengths:    Super comfortable. Soft, flexible material, nice on the skin. Ergonomically superior with 10-panel design.

Weaknesses:    None yet.

Bottom Line:
This short is amazing. This is only my second short (haven't tried bibs yet) and for less than 2x the price I paid for my first Pearl Izumi shorts, they are 10x better. I purchased these because my cheaper pair gave me the 'diaper' look and I figured that I should see what the difference is between a good short and an average one.

The RS short features a 10-panel design, which fits like a glove and keeps you looking normal (or as normal as one looks wearing a cycle short). Super comfortable and the grips on the thigh keep the short from going anywhere. Highly recommend. Also, although originally $125 and up, I got this short at ajssportinggoods.com for only $87.50
