Strengths:    price is reasonable for a 6-panel tight.

Weaknesses:    Well, I'm a female rider, and Voler doesn't make tights for women (I guess the gals don't ride when it gets cold out--or, they don't buy tights?)
These tights do fit me in the hips and butt, but they are too short in the legs! by almost 2" and I don't have unusually long legs--for a gal. If Voler can't make money on tights made specifically for women, it'd be nice if they just added an inch or two to the length so that we ladies can enjoy their tights too. Short tights look bad, but tights that are long are no problem! Also, the fabric is not as stretchy as lycra fabrics, so, if you're between sizes--go a size up.

Bottom Line:
Not a bad pair of tights, the fabric is versatile for a range of temperature, and if you wear them under another pair of tights the dryline fabric works well as an insulating layer. the 6 panel design is attractive. They seem to be about as well made as any name brand tight.
