at Full Tilt (local bik Favorite Ride: Gatineau Park Bike Setup: 2004 Trek 2200, stock (for now) Summary: As a reasonably serious cyclist and card counter, there was no way I was walking out of this shop without these socks when I first saw them even though they clocked in at over CAD$17 tax in. Lin also makes another model similar to these, "Lucky", that have the four card suits (spades, hearts, diamonds, clubs) on the cuff around the ankle, on a white background, while the rest of the sock is black except for the word "Lucky" woven in red into the sole. Got a pair of those, too, at the same shop. The medium size fits my size 8 1/2 to 9 foot perfectly.
These are pretty darn good socks. I actually think they're a bit nicer than the DeFeet Air-E-Ator socks, which I also have a pair of (SpongeBob SquarePants logo) since they're a little more stretchy. Strengths: By far the best cycle sock logo ever :-)
Stretchier than Air-E-Ators, which is a selling point for me Weaknesses: Could be the final piece of evidence the pit, the floor, or the eye-in-the-sky needs to back you off once they suspect you of moving your bets with the count :-)
A little pricy, especially after adding in 15% of sales taxes Similar Products Used: DeFeet Air-E-Ator
