Price Paid:  $10.00 at Colorado Cyclist

Favorite Ride:
Hills, Hills, and more Hills

Summary:
I've tried several brands of socks like Lin, DeFeet, SockGuy, etc. and when I go for a ride, I always grab these first. Most people think wool is itchy, hot, etc. and they couldn't be further from the truth. These are the most comfortable socks...period. Since wool is natural, they keep your feet dry and comfy in either freezing or hot weather.

Strengths:
Comfort is much better than anything I've tried and are easy to put on. Pretty durable. Can be used for both road and mtn rides/races. It hasn't been confirmed, but they just might make you faster!

Weaknesses:
I would not walk around the house in these cause you will get holes in the heels fast. They are fairly thin so just put them on just before you ride, take care of them per instructions, and you'll get years of use from them. They only come in a few colors. Mine are solid black.
