Bike Setup:

Summary:
It looks good but doesn't hold up as well as it should but it does stay in place very well even if you shred it in a crash.

Strengths:
Stays in place and looks good.

Weaknesses:
Too soft and easy to tear and once it's down don't try to readjust it to roughly.

Price Paid:  $9.00 at Performance Cyclist

Favorite Ride:
Santa Barbara Cyn Rd.

Bike Setup:
Trek 660 with 531cs tubing and complete Suntour Superbe group rolling on Torelli Master Series rims.

Summary:
Not a whole lot to say other than they are comfortable and the graphics are brillant but not to overstated. I got tired of black so choose the red and yellow splash to match the color scheme of the bike and it looks great.

Strengths:
Comfortable, and great looks.

Weaknesses:
Nothing serious, I didn't like the cheap plastic chrome plugs they came with so reused my old black Velox plugs.

Similar Products Used:
Cotton tape over thin foam wrap.

Price Paid:  $9.00 at Excel Sports Boulder

Favorite Ride:
Bloomfield Ave.

Bike Setup:
Trek y-77, Ultegra Group, Spinergy Rev-X

Summary:
Everyone told me to get this tape, so I went out and bought three different rolls. Great grip, great in rain and still holding up after an encounter with the pavement. A+ from me.

Strengths:
Nice colors, nice chrome tape ends. Repelled rain nicely and still left traction for my hands to grip (no gloves).

Weaknesses:
They're still so new that it's difficult to find fault with them.

Similar Products Used:
standard shimano tape
