I threw a roll of this tape in one of my orders because it was $4. I put in on my fixie and it ripped, so I had to rig it up to hold. The tape is pretty thin and doesn't have a lot of cushion. I prefer something more substantial. It works good as a cushion if you tape over it. Strengths:
Inexpensive. Works well as a cushion layer. Weaknesses:
