Favorite Ride:

Bike Setup:
Cannodale, Campy

Summary:
The Magic stem and bar seem to do real well on the price for performance scale. Nice bar, no complaints. Great match for campy ergo shifters when on the hoods. Not sure about the drops, but I'm also trying to get used to the ergo shifters from the drops at the same time.

Strengths:
More than light enough
More than stiff enough
Wonderful value for the price I see them for.

Weaknesses:
Maybe the drops aren't quite right. Any ergo bar offers one hand postion that allows shifting during a sprint, if you don't like it....

Similar Products Used:
Miscelanious others, nothing current

Price Paid:  $52.00 at Salden (Holland)

Favorite Ride:
racing

Bike Setup:
Bottecchia Alu U2, Dura-Ace, Deda Magic bar + stem, Ritchey WCS post, Shimano WH-7701 + lots of other wheels

Summary:
My first oversized bar + stem combo (both Deda Magic) and I love it. No flex at all during sprinting! Nice ride with hands on top of the bar or on the hoods. The ergo shaped part of the bar suits me very well, although others hate it. Great price.
