Perfectly Stiff, very comfortable arm pads - adjust quite well left/right
the whole wing slides forward and back... so between those two you can get the arm rests exactly where you want them
extensions adjust very easily as well
bar gives you plenty of control, feels very stable
only 4 stars for value because I think ALL these bars cost to much.. but 5 stars for the bar itself !! Strengths:
