Strengths: everythingWeaknesses: meBottom Line: I posted a very positive review below. This is an update. I was recently in a bike accident (literally run into another vehicle by an anrgy NY motorist) and these bars took the brunt of a 20+ MPH hit into the back of a Jeep Cherokee. Bottom line - my prized Klein Quantum Pro (pre-Trek) is toast, I've broken a wrist and severely torn muscles in my shoulders and back, but the Easton bar remains intact. I'm amazed and again highly recommend this bar.

Strengths: stiffness
hand feel
vibration dampeningWeaknesses: not buying it soonerBottom Line: I'm no racer but just a regular rider that likes fast turns and hard climbs. I put in about 1-3 hours on the bike a day, mostly through commutes but my bike pulls double duty as a fitness machine.
I've been riding the factory aluminum ITM bars on the bike for years and finally moved to carbon. The long/short is these bars rock. They feel more solid than my ITM's on climbs and turns, but the road feel is still quite smooth. If you're a skier, in my mind, its kind of like the difference between a Rossignol and Atomic GS Race ski. The Rossi is precise and loyal, but is more work and may give you second thoughts in dicey situations. The Atomic has punch, razor accuracy, stability, and can handle anything and any speed. This handlebar is like the Atomic.
Favorite Ride: they're all good, but still looking for a favorite

Strengths: Lightweight and soft for the long hall.Weaknesses: None really.Bottom Line: This bar has the CArbon Technology of a US material, fabrications company. The bars are strong and extra comfortable. The item is designed to flex in the right places, while retaining structural strength. The piece is classic US superb engineering.

Strengths: really does dampen vibration. Worth the price if you can afford it.Weaknesses: NoneBottom Line: I thought I would not like aero bars. After two years I built another bike up with classic pro 3T Rondo Bar and hated it. I am buying a second set of the Eastons and selling my 3T Rondo on Ebay. Just so comfortable and the teardrop profile is a plus.
I don't wear gloves as they make my hands cramp on long rides. These bars do help the lack of gloves by abosorbing road shock on those all day rides.
