Strengths:    *Good traditional bend
*Reasonably light
*Stiff enough
*Dual-cable routing
*Reasonable cost

Weaknesses:    *No markings for mounting brake levers. That's the worst thing I can say about it!

Bottom Line:
I dislike anatomic bars and wanted something with more drop than the shallow-bends that are all over the market. You'd be surprised how hard it is to find a good traditional-bend bar! It is stiff enough for sprinting but won't make your hands hurt on long rides either. Also quite the looker! Finally, it was much less expensive than comparable offerings from Ritchey and Deda. Great mid-depth shape and dual cable grooves!

Strengths:    High value, stiff, strong, pro bend. Same weight and stiffer than Deda Newton at half the price.

Weaknesses:    None whatsoever.

Bottom Line:
My favorite handlebar! And what an incredible value. Pro (round) bend bars seem to be getting harder and harder to find these days, but fortunately FSA offers this stellar handlebars. I use the Energy T on all my bikes. They are amazingly stiff throughout the length of the bar, right down to the end of the drops - no noticeable flex when out-of-the-saddle sprinting in the drops. Extremely light - only 15 or so grams heavier than the high-end carbon bars out there. Forget carbon bars. Only $70!
