Bottom Line: I bought this handlebar on closeout from Chicagoland Bike, so the price was pretty low for its weight. This is one of the lightest Al bars you're going to find. Mine weighs 217g./46cm. size which is also lighter than many carbon bars.
I don't know what the previous reviewer means that these can only be found in the 'Sand' finish because mine is black. Graphics are good, and it's a good looking bar.
Stiffness is not an issue when used with a stem that has a wider bar clamp like the Oval Concepts R700. The Bar & the R700 seem to get along well. I did a 5-mile climb yesterday with plenty of stand-ups, and The Bar was fine...handled well on the descent too. I don't sprint like Cipo, so I'm not concerned about that aspect.
The drop is the fairly shallow "Italian" type at 135mm., which is OK for some but I'm used to a bit more. The hook area is OK, as is the rest of the shape - comfortable and versatile for good hand positions.
The ONLY beef I have is that even the widest size 46cm. (O-to-O) is a tad too narrow for me, so -1 for that. This replaced an Easton EA70 44cm. (C-to-C) which was the perfect width for me. Unfortunately, it was ruined in a crash.
Overall, I'd say The Bar is a very good choice.

Strengths: light weight, good shape, unique colorWeaknesses: will only match with ITM The StemBottom Line: The Bar is the complimentary handlebar to ITM's The Stem. The finish is a unique sand or champagne color that isn't for everyone, but for the person who doesn't want their bar and stem combo to be the dame black as everyone esle uses. It looks great with any flashy paint job or a full carbon rig.
At 199grams it's as light as they get while maintaining good stiffness and the shape will fit larger hands well.
Favorite Ride: The pre-Alps of Piemonte and the Barolo Wine country.
