Strengths:    Very spacious flat wing top to rest hands, my hands have suffered several fractures and much battering and an open flat surface upon which to rest them on occasion is essential for me.

Stiff, the build standard is top notch, the kevlar layer must work because I can accelerate out of the sadlle using the ends of the bar as an anchor and the flex is barely noticeable with input/effort yet the vibration damping compared to anything alloy I've tried has to be experienced to be believed.

The finish of the handlebar (and matching Oval R900 stem) is superb, a well matched fitting to any level bike.

The short 135mm drops are indeed ergo friendly and suit my large but stubby fingered hands.

Weaknesses:    I had to file out the cable holes a little to make fitment of brake and gear cables easier but after 2+ years of use this had no bearing upon the bar's performance.

Price may put some off but this is a discontinued Oval item so if you want one, best grab one while they last.

Bottom Line:
Excellent. I have the 31.8mm clamp size bars.

Light and very strong but pricey... One can never have the holy trinity of cheap, light and strong when it comes to carbon fibre parts.....

I purchased this handlebar specifically for comfort reasons.

Strengths:    Light, aero, comfortable.

Weaknesses:    Not so aero with my cables all over the place.

Bottom Line:
The first thing I noticed is that you can not use the hidden cable feature with the SRAM RED shifters. For being pricey high end bars you would think they would avdertised this information.

Strengths:    Ergo shape.

Weaknesses:    Expensive.

Bottom Line:
I have replaced my TranzX alu aero bar for this one. Extreme flat top is great for pulling during long and heavy ascents. Also, a shallow 130mm drop pleases me much more than 155mm drop on previous bar. Because of a very short horizontal curve on the top of the bar feeling is very close to the one on MTB during stand up's.
