Strength:

most aerodynamic of all aerobars. easy to install and adjust. (due to design limitations) very comfortable once you get yourself adjusted to the bars and not the other way around. Light weight. but no lighter than any good quality bar.
Carbon.. if you like the look... adds nothing to the performance. they look cool

Weakness:

Very limited adjustability. You have to adjust yourself to the bar. not the other way around. no lighter than other good bars. These would be very good at 159.00

The sonic styke is the most aero of any aerobar out. But it is also the hardest to get use to if you have used other aerobars before. there isnt much ajustment laterally and you have to basically have your arm lateral to each other. not like other aerobars that let you move your elbows out. also these are a one size fits all concept so you have to get use to your elbows being a bit further back than usual if you normally use a large aerobar. other drawback is that there is no height adjusting either. Your arms will be just over your handlebars. much like having flat handlebars with quik grab aeros. Routing cables, if your going to put bar ends on require you to use shimano sti cable housings. because normal cable housings are almost impossiblew to route though the narrow space you have do to the aerodynamics of the design. BUT!! after you get use to them. they are really nice.
