Strengths: Carbon absorbs the road shock. Shorter Reach and drop is better for shorter riders. Flat aero top more comfortable for climbs and long ridesWeaknesses: Bar narrows right before brake hoods a little to muchBottom Line: Just bought these handlebars yesterday and went out for one hill climb with them. They are really well designed and the flat top is comfortable. They also look great on the bike.
