Strengths:    Adjustable
Aero Position

Weaknesses:    Weight

Bottom Line:
I've done 4-5 TT's on this ranging from 10km to 40 km. These bars do put you in a very aggressive position so be prepared. They are nice and very adjustable so that you can get good wrist angles and weight properly on the forearms.
