Strengths:    These bars are advertised as very light weight and have the ability to be positioned in multiple ways to accomodate the riders body mechanics. I found both of these claims to be correct.

Weaknesses:    The bads seemed to become less comfortable over time. Cushion part of bars seemed to be not as comfortable as other brands over time. Although these are replaceable.

Bottom Line:   
My team was given a grass roots sponsorship by Ritchey. As a result I was able to purchase these bars for an extremely low rate directly from the company. I have used these bars for one season both for training and racing. Races include 2 half ironman. I am preparing for my first Ironman race and have decided to go with something more comfortable and carbon.
