Strengths:    Lg ergo grips, softens road buzz, light wt.

Weaknesses:    Not good for attaching clip-on aero bars

Bottom Line:   
Large ergo grips for my big paws are great for climbing and I definitely feel less of the road buzz in the drops. Hands don't get as numb
