Strengths: Good price (compare w/ performance bars - same manufacturer), great carbon finish and very comfortable riding on country roadsWeaknesses: Not available in 31.8 clamp yet.. Easton EC-90 bars in 26.0 are now priced the same as they clear the shelves for the OS stem bars. Im not sure they are any stiffer than Al - hard to tell...Bottom Line: THe 191 handlebar exemplifies what carbon delivers - excellent dampening and light weight. I combined with weyless r-19 carbon 4 bolt stem. I find that 50 in-lbs on each of the 4 bolts holds bar adequately.
